As a second generation investment manager, Lee spent much of his high school and college years working closely with his father researching investments. Lee has been in the industry for 16 years and held prior positions such as fund manager under Fundamental Global and senior vice president with Capital Wealth Advisors.
Additionally, Lee serves on the board of directors of 27 Software U.S. Inc. d/b/a DXterity Solutions, True Health Solutions Inc., and Beacon Health Benefits Inc. Lee currently resides in Mooresville, NC where he is an active tennis and soccer enthusiast. He holds degrees in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Georgia.
Matt is a passionate investor and has experience in public markets and private transactions. He was instrumental in building the investment firm Oak Value Capital Management which featured a mutual fund highlighted by Morningstar as managed by ultimate stock pickers. Matt was also a portfolio manager on the Ariel Appreciation fund.
Currently he is a partner at Winkler Sauer and a general partner on the Revelation Fund. He has been on various non-profit boards and served on the finance and investment committees. Additionally, Matt serves as a Mentor at GSD Venture Labs. He is an MBA graduate of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
